1. Legislation and Guidance
   • Overview of relevant safeguarding laws and policies.
2. Recognising Child Abuse

3. Responding to Concerns

4. Reporting Suspicions
   • Knowing who to contact and the procedures for reporting abuse.
5. Duty of Care Awareness
   • Understanding the responsibilities and obligations involved in safeguarding.

   • Implementing safe practices to ensure the safety and well-being of children.

Assessment

• Interactive Learning: Participants will take part in group activities and discussions, facilitated by experienced trainers.
• Certification: Delegates who successfully complete the course will receive a Child Safeguarding Certificate, valid for one year.
