Our Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Entry Level 1 is a one-day introductory course designed to help participants identify, understand, and support individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
While this course doesn’t train you to be a therapist, it equips you with the skills to:

- Prevent crises or provide initial support during a mental health crisis.
